Hundreds of years after the battle for the red surface of Terra Genesis, humans colonized the blue planet. The Outer, who were born with special abilities through exposure to Femto energy resource, resented the cruelty reserved to them by the human race on this new and dangerous planet. They took control of Eden, a set of orbital defense satellites, from which they ruled over the planet below with the military power of the Sovereign Axiom. As humans on the surface struggled to survive the elements and a race of biomechanical creatures known as the Immortal, the Reclaimer's organization fomented a resistance against the ruthless government of the Axiom. When an Outer in exile crashed into the desert of the greatest human settlement, hope arose that it was the key to changing the tide of the last revolution.
